By placing a preorder with Divesea Indonesia, the Customer agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation and Down Payment

• Commitment: Placing a preorder signifies your commitment to purchase the specified item(s).

• Required Deposit: A non-refundable down payment equal to at least 50% of the total order value is required at the time of placing the preorder.

• Payment: Your order is not confirmed, and production or allocation will not begin, until the down payment has been successfully received and cleared.

• Pricing: The price of the item(s) will be fixed at the time the preorder is placed.

2. Final Payment and Collection

• Notification: You will be notified via [email, SMS, phone call] when your order is ready for collection and final payment.

• Final Payment Due: The remaining balance of the total order value must be paid within 30 calendar days from the date of the ready-for-collection notification.

• Collection: All preordered items must be collected within the same 30 calendar days period.

3. Forfeiture and Cancellation

• Failure to Complete Purchase: If you fail to pay the remaining balance and/or collect your order within the 30-day collection period, the following will occur:

  • Your preorder will be considered cancelled.
    

  • The item(s) will be returned to inventory and made available for sale to other customers.

  • The down payment will be forfeited and retained by Divesea Indonesia as compensation for administrative costs, lost sales opportunity, and storage.

  • No refund will be issued for the down payment.
    

   

   

4. Changes and Delays

• Estimated Dates: Any estimated arrival or completion dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control (e.g., supplier delays, shipping issues, customs clearance).

• Liability for Delays: Divesea Indonesia is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from delays in production or delivery. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

• Minor Variations: The final product may have minor variations in color, texture, or specifications from the samples or images shown at the time of preorder.
